出生諱訣

凡出生米飯，不過七粒。麺食不過寸許。念畢供養咒，以左手三山訣頂食，右手青靈訣書諱。〓〓〓

口念

一粒嘉穀，一滴清泉。不忍自食，施與幽魂。享吾供者，皆頼道恩。惟道惟靈，覺性常存。
