服三氣法
常以平旦向日，臨目存青氣、白氣、赤氣，各如線，從日下來，直入口中，挹之九十過，自飽便止。此當一吸輙一咽，令三炁入藏府。分流貫澈，數卑炁歇。云此童初范監幼仲，受髙无君太素内景法，事鮮而易驗。
