習定坐法
凡靜坐定息之間，如在太極混沌未判之先，虚空圓光之内，又如在圓光一竅之中，太極未判一般，身心俱無，却自存一點靈光，非中非外，澄澄湛湛，宏照十方，天地莫測。早晚坐靜，皆是行用。
