九天當火法令符使：陳榮臣，青面執斧，變相火冠，面赤，四目金甲，朱衣，執戟。謝隆，羙貌持幢節。變相，面丹色，圎目金甲，朱衣，着履，執刀。

林玉微，赤面鳯目，三牙鬚，仗劔，並衝天幞頭，金甲朱衣玉帶，着靴。

召呪

昉祺於平。

召符

九天興正符昭釗樞令急。
