或緫一面，或分九面，並同式。

清朗昭仞炁育明泓整飛。

元始符命金籙白簡清微開明真符，告下某天髙上至真。超度某魂，飛神謁帝，真惠洞明，上生天堂。一如吿命。太歲年月日具位臣姓某告行。
