採藥第二
心動則神不入炁默然養心，身動則炁不入神凝神忘形。夫採藥者，採身中之藥物也。身中之藥者神炁精也，採之之法謂之收拾身心，歛藏神炁，心不動則神炁完，乃安爐立鼎，烹鍊神丹。
