明耳目訣
常以手按兩眉後小穴中，三九過，又以手心及手指‘摩兩目顴上，以手旋目行三十過，唯合數，無時節也。畢輒以手逆乗額三九過，從眉中爲始，乃止入髮際中。口咽液多少無數也。如此常行，耳目聰明。
