鑑形閉氣思神法，初出艱難後坦途。倏忽雖能遊萬國，奈何棄舊却移居。
右二章之義，即平叔所謂推閉息一法，若動而行之，則可以入定出神。奈何精神屬陰，宅舍難固，及常常用遷徙之法，又豈能回陽换骨，白日而登天者。
