制三魂神
每月初三、十三、二十三日離人身，上天曹言人善事。其夜欲卧時，叩齒三通，呼其名曰：爽靈益禄，胎光延生，幽精却死。
太上老君，急急如律令。
常依此言，即獲長生矣。
