太一宫
臣緬瞻靈域，祗謁僊祠。恊吉元龜，已謀於剛日；戒期大輅，即渉於皇衢。思介祉之誕隆，故至誠而仰薦。伏冀克揚嘉應，茂集丕禎。俾區㝢之晏康，致禮容之昭顯。殊庭瞻望，罄述於精衷；神鑒章明，𠃔期於鴻福。臣無任懇倒之至，謹詞。
