三清
臣紹膺寳命，繼受珎符。顧盛典之増修，遽祥禎而昭顯。矞雲絢彩，僊羽流音。穹厚之心，表顧懷而斯在；夙宵之志，罄勵翼而攸勤。中禁宻清，醮筵祗肅。冀垂鑒佑，洞察寅威。臣無任懇倒之至，謹詞。
