臣眇沖之德，靡足感通。穹昊之仁，誕回眷顧。莫洽建中之治，遽生炎上之祥。維城偶失於愼微，烈𤔵欻驚於延燎。載惟菲薄，敢怠責躬。祗述誠明，庶伸昭謝。臣無任懇倒之至，謹詞。
