丹砂精者，多少自在，治下細簁，納銅器中，以白蜜和泥，宻蓋其囗，堅完，漆其際，務使宻，內明年，此曰士成。嚗令乾，和以蜜，丸如大豆服。丸曰：再服之除百病，長服延年神仙。
