雄黄一斤治之，令如粉。取生新鷄子，黄白和之，置銅銚中，以一銚覆上，封塗其際，微火令手可捫，焼然盡三。曰夜勿令火絶，寒乃發之，掠去上滓，清者在下，當湧湧如水銀，寒則堅，得人氣。復軟銾一斤，得十兩，盛以竹筒，勿使見風。服如麻子，使人玉澤潤色，冬則能温，夏則能涼，辟除諸寒氣，
