元始洞玄，靈寶本章，開演至教，十廻度人
右黄絹七尺製之，前十六符作一行，篆于旛肚上。初登壇時，詣天燈壇宣呪懸之。
天輪燈旛用作一圓蓋，周圍懸三十二旛，中懸天輪旛一首。
