并題詠
黄帝祠宇，石刻四大字。唐縉雲令李陽水篆。碑石元在玉虚宫後，為縣人輦置邑庠。慶磿間於碑隂刋屯雖瞻所撰學記，今石尚存焉。唐韋翃撰仙都山銘，潜說友篆。潜前宋人。
唐刺史李季貞撰仙都山銘趙必愿篆。趙前宋人。
唐陸龜䝉題鏡巖周尊師所居詩并序。
宋治平二年改賜玉虛宫，救黄及省劄部符。
