北帝院，在銓徳觀後半里，脩竹長松，前後茂宻。梁天監末，女冠徐練師居之修行而得道。貞觀末，張惠明再修，遇南嶽石英夫人傳道，行抱一三五混合之法而後尸解。又有李思慕居之得道。宋太平興國中賜額，近廢。
