伏以玄帝司辰，水官統序。乃請福延恩之節，是凝心滌慮之期。況玉局仙蹤，瑶壇盛禮。九時焚祝，必介於休禎；三日齋莊，敢同於懴謝。所冀災纒殄息，𡨚債消平。罪咎咸蠲，存亡共泰。永䖍修奉，以答玄慈。
