名與身孰親章第四十四

臣眞述曰：名者禄位也，爭者忘其身，貨者財寳也，貪者輕其死。夫名疏於身，身多於貨，雖甚愚者，猶必知之。及在得喪之間，與奪之際，則中智之徒盡未能免其惑也。故唯聖人能知戰鬭之可息，不爭其名，知財貨之可足，不害其身，不多藏，不厚亡，是終厥身而辱殆所不能及，故可以長乆也。
