味甘，微鹹，平，無毒。主折傷血，內溜、續絶、補骨髓、止痛，安胎。生山谷中。
圖經曰：賣子木，本經不載所岀州土。注云：出劎南卬州。今惟渠州有，每歳出貢，謂之賣子木。
