元年丁未，在位二十七年，終癸酉。

二十一年丁卯，老君降于岐山之陽，號燮邑子。周文王爲西伯，召爲守藏史。《世本》云：老子在商爲柱下史。鄭玄注《論語》云：老彭，商之賢大夫也。孔穎達疏：言老是老聃。
