龍行氣法

低頭下視，不息十二通，愈風疥惡瘡，熱不能入咽。可候病者以向陽，明以連卧，以手摩腹至足，以手持引足，低臂十二，不息十二通，愈脚足温痺不任行、腰春痛。以兩手著項相又，治毒不愈，腹中大氣即吐之。月初出、月中，月入時，向月正立，不息八通，仰頭吸月光精，八咽之，令隂氣長，婦人吸之，隂精益盛，子道通。
