命五
要妙氣訣，眞道者用之，其夀與天地齊矣。人自有六種導引，而不知吹、呵、嘘、呬、呼、嘻。吹去寒氣，呵去煩氣，嘘去痰積，呬去疲勞，呼去温熱。嘻去風氣。此言人之生自解也。
