又法
取桂十斤，削取三斤，擣，下篩。葱白莖四斤，熟擣，布絞取汁，以和桂屑，納生竹筒中，木蓋宻口，懸蒸。黍米五斗下，米熟爲水，又納雲母粉一斤，一日復化爲水。服一橡斗許，日三服。三十日，貌如童子。
