茯苓末三斤，白蠟二斤，麻子油三斤，松脂三斤，白𮔉一㪷。先煎𮔉三五沸，納松脂沸，納油油沸，納蠟蠟沸，納茯苓末熟攪勻，丸如李核大，每日服一丸，日可再服，得千歲不飢。
