胡沖子五靈膏第五

計此膏功能，説不可盡，直略抄取藥訣。

次作玉靈膏法，用成錬茯苓細末二十四斤，百錬松脂細末二十四斤，食蜜二石四丰，玉粉十二斤。凡四物。先内食蜜銅鑊中，次內松脂，次內茯苓，次内玉粉，攪令相得和合，煎七日藥成。服法亦用初精散，丸之如小棗許，一服三丸，一日三服，二百日成仙。
