硫黄斷靈砂成金
靈草死硫黄，用金乆乆養過一七日，大火一鼎。如此養七七鼎，七次遍遍换金，其硫黄金色。每靈砂一兩，用硫二錢，代赭石少許，同乳用硝鹽捺頭，大火一搧，可得赤金七錢重，成至寳。
