第六煆
用三黄靈砂，不用煑，只於第五煆靈砂匱内，養火七日，取出看意下，要取多少兩數。此第六煆靈砂，可以七錢點一兩赤肉，成眞丹陽换骨，乃正脚黑鞉二法也。此煅方可入死龍蟠，亦曰白雪，又曰明窗塵也。
