菉豆粉一斤寒水石一斤葵子末半斤蛤粉一斤姜黄末一兩半
右五味研為細末如粉。蠟五斤，銅鍋内化開，共下藥一處，住火攪匀乾，盆坐，分作三塊，住香下共藥一處，住火，攪匀乾，盆坐。
