曙色蒼凉，不見衣冠之拜母；凡情懇惻，正慿箋牘以籲天，儼十方三界之臨，正二日六朝之始。伏願陽者普照，勑札下頒，報冀朔之游魂，許從▲雪，注蓬瀛之仙籍，得遂超升。
