天覆於上，地載於下，萬物生其中。聖人正位，以安天下。居其大者任其大，居其小者任其小。民吾同胞，而皆孩之。故我忘而民忘，我樂而民樂，我無事而民無事。是以堯之爲君也，治天下五十年，而不知治，以此。
