吽𠻣哆▲哆▲▲哆▲槃哆鳩▲哆▲嗏哆咖𠺗▲唏咦啼噠㗭唎哆▲▲叹喼咥，一如元始洞玄雷霆帝君律令敕。

右呪一炁三遍，元帥立降；三炁九遍，萬神普臨。治病火鈴熏魔符呮殻德火鈴攝斗口將軍煊姪炏□㷰□熾。如上符乃鄧帥親傳，凡病用此，於熨斗中加香熏之，必大應感貼。治捉皆可用都天大雷公呪勑之。
