天民盥漱法

天清地明，日月輝晨。灌我五體，光赫玉清。炁不受垢，五藏華榮。罪消北都，禍滅九眞。惡邪伏匿，福連上清。今日鍊沐，一切受恩。身生羽服，昇入帝庭。急急如南極長生大帝律令敕。

右法，合目存仙人玉女五色霞衣，四獸獅子白鶴在面前，日月輝光入水中。叩齒三十六通，東向取炁，吹入水中，先服一口，然後用之。
