都講舉存神燒香

香官使者、左右龍虎君、侍香諸靈官，當令臣設醮朝修之所，自然生金液丹碧芝英，百靈衆眞交㑹在此香火爐前，當願十方仙童玉女接侍蘭煙，傳臣向來所啓之誠，速達俓御至眞无極大道。

三清上聖昊天金闕玉皇上帝御前。

舉寳花圓滿，天尊奏樂，

送神化財，向來回向，禮畢。
