第九對坐陽寅，上隂申上，求度者以兩膝著外，合手隂却，兩手膝上陽覆，兩手叉掩，各𤥨齒十二通，思无上炁，正青玄老炁。正黄太上炁，正白三炁，共爲一混沌狀，似鷄子，五色混黄，下詣丹田中。如此一過止
