解結食
師爲弟子解衣帶結，散髪，告者亦解賢者結。
第十四食生吐死法，男左女右，兩手相叉，俱向王伸兩脚坐頭，以鼻微微納生氣，低頭咽之，俱卧瞑目，以口微微吐死氣，三卧三坐止。
