第三各思丹田白氣，大如六寸面鏡，出在兩眉中間，漸大光明照耀之頭上，下灌身帀體，徹見五藏六府，九宫十二室，四支五體，關節筋脉，孔竅營衞，表裏一切，莫不朗然。如此一過止。
