太帝君素語内呪第一

静室獨䖏，平坐東向，叩齒九通，冥目隂祝曰：

蒼元浩靈，少陽先生，九炁還肝，使我魂寧，幽府結華，藏内鮮明，錬容固髓，返白爲青，神化内發，景發紫庭，敢有犯試，摧以流鈴，上帝玉籙，名上太清。畢，因閉炁九息，咽液九過止。
