造白玉法
右取大蛤蒱擣爲末，細研之，取一斤，内竹筒中，復内硝石，宻固之，内左味中，二十日成水。後取白石英半斤，擣作末，投筒中，即凝，出之，好炭火火之，令赤，即成白玉。亦服餌之也。
