辛玄子，字延期，隴西定谷人，好道，行，度秦川，長梁溺夗。西王母鄷都北帝愍之，勑三官攝取骸還魄，復得成人，度命南宮。今正差領東海侯，𥙷禁元中郞將，爲吳越鬼神之司。
