採藥第二

：心動，則神不入炁，默然養心；身動則炁不入神，凝神忘形。夫採藥者，山山也，採身中之藥物也。身中之藥者，神炁精也。採之之法，謂之收拾乞口身心，歛藏神炁。心不動則神炁完，乃安爐立鼎，烹煉神丹。
