人因食五味，壅滯閉三焦。熱極苦澁盛，冷多淡水饒。便將元氣療，休更問壺瓢。熱隨呵自退，冷宜吹始銷。口中頻漱嚥，津液自然調。若得如斯妙，冷熱可無交。
