古者席地而坐，食時爼豆皆置之地，寢處亦然。士昏禮有布席之文，無設牀之事也，故以跳食跳人爲戒，殆亦古之遺言歟？曲禮曰毋踖席，況跳食乎？君子行不履影，況跳人乎？故曰足容重。
