蜜酒

：蜜四斤，酒九升，同煑，掠去沫。夏月極冷，冬月少温。入悄屑四兩，白酵一兩，龍腦豆許，大𥿄七重，蟟之，以大針剌十數竅，日去一紙。七日酒成，即閣□勿近地氣。冬月湏用火溫，勿令凍之，即不發味。麒耳歟
