蒸羊羊一隻，撏净，去頭蹄腸肚等，打作事件。用地椒、細料物、酒醋調勻，澆肉上，浸一時許，入空鍋內，柴棒架起，盆合泥封，發火不得大緊。候熟，椀內另供原汁。
