食香瓜

不拘多少，切作棋子大塊，每一斤用鹽八錢，食香同瓜拌勻，於缸內淹一二日，取出控乾日晒，晚復入滷水內，次日又取出晒，凡經三次，勿令太乾。墏入壜內任用。
