收蔗
月初收蔗，揀節蜜者，連梢葉入窖。至來年二月，宜潮沙之地，犂長溝，以蔗卧於溝內，土盖之。候三月間苖出，用糞或麻枯壅之，仍去傍邊小苖，止留大苖牧養。
