元豐四年正月日，詔曰：運妙用，跨太虚，高極於九霄，逺際於八表。廵遊上下，博觀廣察，是惟江州廬山太平興國觀九天抹訪使者。蓋天之貴神，與世爲福。然隆名徽稱，歴代置而不講，甚非所以荅神明之意。可進號九天採訪應元保運真君，庶幾導殊祥，獲嘉氣，以蒙覆生民焉。故兹詔示，想宜知悉。其詔有修
