馮長，驪山人。周宣王時為柱下史。覩天文之變，乃退𨼆攝生。遇鄧真人，授以靈書。功行垂成，復遇彭眞人，授以太上隱晝，遂得仙，用術活人。平王二十年春，昇化而去。
