徐佐鄉
徐佐鄉，蜀人。唐天寶中道士，常化為鶴。玄宗儼化鶆西苑，有孤鶴射之，𢃄矢而歸，謂弟子曰：吾□中醫出山，為飛矢所中。乃掛箭於壁，曰：後箭主來，以此付之。後玄宗率蜀遊觀，中識其箭，乃知佐卿有化鶴事。
